(Singapore, Director: Hiroyuki Fukui), which was established in Singapore in 2023, officially began full-scale operations on October 4, 2024.

At First Partners APAC, we will actively support the expansion of Japanese companies into Southeast Asia, particularly in and around Singapore, through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Singapore is politically and economically stable and is often used as a hub for Japanese companies entering the region. By actively attracting foreign investment and strengthening its business environment, Singapore is achieving sustainable economic growth. To meet the needs of Japanese companies expanding into Singapore and cross-border M&A, First Partners established First Partners APAC Pte. Ltd. in July 2023. Based in Singapore, First Partners APAC is well-positioned to access up-to-date information on buyers and sellers, enabling us to deliver fresh insights quickly. Leveraging Singapore’s geographical advantage, we provide valuable information and services that meet the demand for shifts in production bases to Southeast Asia.
